WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Monte del Frà Valpolicella Classico 2023 is produced from hand-harvested grapes that are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation is spontaneous, taking place partially in steel tanks and partially in concrete. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes aging on its lees for a period of 5 months. The winery adheres to SQNPI-certified integrated farming practices, including the use of green manure and sexual confusion for pest control, alongside micro-drip irrigation and the avoidance of chemical weeding.
