WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Vasilkon Vasilissa undergoes white vinification, beginning with cold maceration to extract aromatic compounds. Fermentation is carried out at low temperatures to preserve the wine's delicate aromas. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees, a process that enhances its body and complexity. The grapes are sourced from selected vine blocks within the Paphos region.
