Ve d'Avior Bosquet

Cati Ribot is a pioneer of natural winemaking in Mallorca, operating out of her family's historic estate in Santa Margalida. Under her personal project, Ve d'Avior (which translates to 'winds of the past'), she focuses on reviving near-extinct indigenous grape varieties. Sourced from biodynamically farmed vines, this wine represents a return to ancestral methods and a deep respect for the island's unique terroir, showcasing the potential of Mallorca's native grapes.
