WINE MAKING PROCESS
Veleta Wines Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2010 is produced by Dominio Buenavista SL. Fermentation for the red wines takes place in stainless steel tanks, utilizing both traditional vertical tanks and roto fermenters with a typical rollover frequency of twice daily. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes 12 months of aging in a mix of French and American oak barriques. The winery sources 90% of its grapes from its own estate vineyards, with the remaining 10% purchased. Dominio Buenavista produces approximately 90,000 bottles annually, with a significant portion allocated for export.
