WINE MAKING PROCESS
Broadbent Verdelho 10 Years is a fortified wine produced from 100% Verdelho grapes. Following fermentation, the wine is fortified to arrest the process and achieve the desired sweetness level. It then undergoes a decade of aging in old oak casks through the traditional Canteiro system. This method involves natural maturation in the winery's attics, where ambient temperatures contribute to the wine's development. After aging, the wine is racked, fined, filtered, blended, and bottled.
