WINE MAKING PROCESS
Filodivino Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi 2022 is produced using 100% Verdicchio grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested into small crates. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks and concrete eggs. The wine undergoes extended aging on fine lees for up to a year, with some of it maturing in a 700-liter concrete egg. It is aged for at least six months before bottling. Filodivino practices certified organic viticulture and focuses on minimizing environmental impact.
