WINE MAKING PROCESS
Can-Vi Vi Negre is produced using natural winemaking methods. The grapes undergo fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by a 10-day maceration period with the skins. The wine is then aged for six months in clay amphoras, resting on its lees. A key aspect of its production is the absence of added sulfites. The grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards located in Blancafort, Conca de Barberà , with Trepat vines being organically certified and old, while Garnatxa vines are approximately 14 years old. The wine is packaged in cans.
