WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards situated at 350-400 meters above sea level. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16°C to preserve the delicate primary fruit aromas. The wine is then aged on its fine lees in stainless steel for several months to add texture and complexity before bottling.
