WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Villa Wolf Pinot Noir Rosé is produced using 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The winemaking process involves a brief maceration of four to six hours to achieve the desired color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and malolactic fermentation is intentionally avoided. The wine undergoes light filtration before bottling and is not fined. Sustainable viticulture is practiced, with the estate achieving organic certification in 2021.
