WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Vin Rouge Paysan is produced using a natural winemaking approach with minimal intervention. Grapes are fermented in tank and old, neutral barrels. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for nine months in tank and neutral barrels. It is then bottled without filtration and with a very small dose of sulfur dioxide. The winemaking philosophy prioritizes organic farming and minimal manipulation to allow the terroir to express itself.
