WINE MAKING PROCESS
Viña Ilusión Rioja is produced using a minimal intervention approach. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is unoaked, with aging taking place in steel tanks to preserve its natural character. The winery utilizes sustainable practices, including organic and biodynamic viticulture, powered by solar energy and employing sheep for natural fertilization. Minimal amounts of sulfur dioxide are added.
