WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Viña Solorca Crianza begins with a manual harvest and double grape selection. The grapes are then destemmed and crushed while preserving their integrity. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is subsequently aged for 10 months in semi-new American oak barrels.
