ABOUT THIS WINE
Viña Zorzal Garnacha Blanca is a 100% Garnacha Blanca from the D.O. Navarra region of Spain. The wine is produced by Zorzal Wines, a family-run estate founded by the Sanz brothers. Their philosophy centers on reviving indigenous grape varieties and expressing the unique terroir of Navarra. The grapes for this wine come from ancient vines in Fitero, some dating back over 115 years and having survived the phylloxera plague. The winery practices organic and sustainable farming with minimal intervention, aiming to let the character of the land and the grape shine through.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Viña Zorzal Garnacha Blanca emphasizes minimal intervention. Grapes are hand-harvested from old vines. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, around 15°C, to preserve aromatic compounds. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for four months on its lees in stainless steel tanks. This process aims to highlight the purity of the Garnacha Blanca grape and the characteristics of its ancient vineyard origins.
