WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Vinha Pan wine is produced from hand-harvested Baga grapes. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with ambient yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks after the grapes are de-stemmed. The wine is then aged for a total of approximately 2.5 years in various French oak vessels, including used, new, and larger format barrels, before bottling.
