Having worked with legendary natural winemakers like Cantina Giardino and Le Coste, Trish established her own estate, farming old vines on volcanic soils. Trilli Special is a micro-cuvée that captures the wild, energetic spirit of her low-intervention philosophy, celebrating local varieties grown in a pristine, biodiverse environment.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested by hand from organically farmed vineyards. Winemaking is highly natural and hands-off: the grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts and extended skin contact (maceration) in open-top vessels to extract color, structure, and complex aromatics. The wine is bottled unfiltered and unfined, with zero or minimal sulfur added, preserving its raw, vibrant character.
