WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Vino Gross Gorca Furmint 2021 is produced using whole cluster pressing, followed by spontaneous fermentation in 2600-liter oak vats. Malolactic fermentation is also employed. The wine ages for 10-12 months in oak, then several months in stainless steel. It rests on gross lees for a year, then fine lees for 6 months to a year before being bottled unfiltered and without finings. The winery emphasizes natural methods and organic viticulture.
