WINE MAKING PROCESS
Vintry's Taverna is produced using a fortification process. Grapes are fermented until they reach an alcohol level of 5-10%. Grape spirit is then added to halt the fermentation. This technique ensures that much of the natural sugar from the grape must remains in the wine, contributing to its characteristic sweetness. The wine is a blend of Spanish fortified wines and Grenache grapes from the Tarragona region.
