WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Virginie Bergeronneau Jeanne Premier Cru Brut is produced using the traditional Champagne method. Grapes are pressed and vinified in the family cellar. The wine undergoes aging, with a similar cuvée from 2019 aged for 72 months in the cellar, contributing to its character. The estate emphasizes sustainable viticulture, holding High Environmental Value (HVE) certification and having transitioned to organic farming.
