WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Vivanco Brunes 2020 is produced from hand-picked grapes from estate-owned vineyards cultivated under organic farming practices. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, a portion of the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, while the remainder is aged for the same period in concrete and stainless steel tanks. The wine then undergoes bottle aging for at least nine months before its release.
