WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Balthasar Ress Von Unserm Rheingau Riesling trocken 2022 is produced using 100% Riesling grapes harvested by hand. The winemaking process involves fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, employing a cold fermentation technique to preserve aromatics and acidity. Following fermentation, the wine matures for about three months on its full lees in stainless steel tanks. The winery adheres to organic viticulture practices, having begun its conversion in 2016 and achieving certification.
