WINE MAKING PROCESS
Vve Fourny & Fils Brut Rosé is produced using hand-harvested Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The Pinot Noir undergoes manual destemming and a maceration period. Following primary fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for a minimum of four years in the estate's historic cellars. The blend includes reserve wines, some of which are aged in oak barrels, contributing to the final cuvée's complexity. The dosage is typically Brut, around 6 grams per liter.
