Nestled in the rolling hills of Lehigh County, Vynecrest has been a pioneer in the state's modern wine industry. This Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the unique terroir of the Lehigh Valley AVA, where well-drained soils and a moderate climate allow late-ripening red varieties to develop complex flavors while retaining refreshing natural acidity.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are carefully harvested and destemmed before undergoing fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve primary fruit characteristics. The wine is then aged in a combination of American and French oak barrels for approximately 12 to 18 months, allowing the tannins to soften and integrating subtle oak nuances of vanilla and spice before bottling.
