WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Whispering Angel Rosé involves careful vineyard management and modern winemaking techniques. Grapes are harvested during cooler parts of the day and meticulously sorted. A soft crush mechanism is employed, and the juice is rapidly cooled to 7-8°C to preserve freshness, with nitrogen pressing used to prevent oxidation. Fermentation and maturation take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with blending of free-run and press juices. The wine is aged in stainless steel and remains unoaked.
