WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for Wien.2 are carefully harvested from select vineyards in Vienna. After gentle destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright, primary fruit characteristics of both Zweigelt and Pinot Noir. A portion of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity, followed by brief aging in stainless steel and large neutral oak casks to maintain freshness, elegance, and fruit purity before bottling.
