The brand's name and label design, featuring the resilient Australian wren, symbolize beauty, boldness, and independence, aiming to inspire wine lovers to embrace their own paths. This Sangiovese is sourced from premium partner vineyards in the high-elevation Hilltops region of New South Wales, showcasing a modern, fruit-forward Australian expression of this classic Italian grape.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for this Sangiovese were sourced from the cool, high-altitude continental climate of the Hilltops GI, characterized by decomposed basalt and granite soils. Handled by founder Renee Burton and consulting winemaker Scott Comyns, the fruit was harvested early in the 2024 season to preserve its natural, vibrant acidity. Following a temperature-controlled fermentation to retain fresh primary fruit characters, the wine was matured in older, neutral French oak puncheons. This minimal-intervention approach in the cellar ensures the delicate cherry aromatics and fine-grained tannins are preserved without being overpowered by new wood influence.
