WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Von Winning Win Win Riesling Trocken 2023 is produced using 100% Riesling grapes harvested by hand from the estate's vineyards. The winemaking process involves fermentation with selected yeasts, with 50% of the wine fermented in large oak barrels and the remaining 50% in stainless steel.
