WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Xavier Vignon Arcane Le Pape 2010 is produced from 100% Grenache grapes sourced from vines over a century old, grown across fifteen different vineyard parcels. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and sorted in the vineyard. Winemaking involves minimal manipulation and no mechanical extraction during fermentation. A distinctive aging process, known as Vinarium®, is employed for 60 months, where custom barrels are submerged in concrete tanks filled with wine. This is followed by one year of bottle aging before the wine is released.
