WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Yarden Chardonnay 2022 is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Following harvest, the wine undergoes fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for seven months, with 40-50% of the barrels being new. A portion of the wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation, and it is aged on its lees. The winery's approach emphasizes quality and the expression of the Golan Heights terroir.
