WINE MAKING PROCESS
Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut is produced using the traditional Méthode Champenoise. Grapes are hand-picked and primary fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by a minimum of three years of aging in the producer's chalk cellars. A key element of its production is the blending of a significant percentage of reserve wines, some aged for over two decades, which contributes to the wine's consistent character and complexity across vintages.
