The wine is made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes. The producer, Le Vigne di Zamò, is a family-run winery founded in 1978, with a philosophy deeply rooted in connecting with the land and traditions. The vineyards are situated in the hills of Rosazzo, Buttrio, and Rocca Bernarda, benefiting from distinct microclimates. The winery obtained organic certification in 2021.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Zamò Ribolla Gialla 2022 is produced using 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested and selected. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16-18°C. Following fermentation, the wine ages on its lees for 8 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. The winery obtained organic certification in 2021.
