WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Zolo Winemakers Blend Organic involves a multi-step winemaking process. For the Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon components, a five-day cold maceration at 8°C is followed by a fifteen-day fermentation at 28°C. The Chardonnay is fermented independently in stainless steel tanks without direct oxygen exposure. A portion of the red wine blend (15%) is aged for six months in new French and American oak barrels, with French oak being the primary choice. The grapes are sourced from estate-grown vineyards managed with sustainable and organic farming practices.
