WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Bründlmayer Zweigelt Rosé 2023 is produced from Zweigelt grapes harvested in September 2023, with multiple vineyard selections. The grapes are gently pressed, similar to white wine production, with a portion using only free-run juice from the highest quality grapes. Fermentation occurs in steel tanks using native yeasts. Depending on the vintage, malolactic fermentation may be partly or fully completed. The wine is then aged in steel tanks. The estate employs certified organic and sustainable farming practices.
